Summary:
Ensures that all day-to-day functions are in compliance with company and regulatory guidelines, confirms all customer requirements are met and verifies that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Good Manufacturing Procedures (GOP) are monitored and up-to-date within this facility.
Assist in ensuring that safe, high quality products are produced which meets or exceeds all regulatory and legal requirements.
Perform Daily Quality Assurance Verification and Reporting Supports the Quality Assurance Department and ensures that all regulatory and customer quality specifications have been met Performs record review and verification Calculates daily PQIs and reports quality information to the customer through the established database portal Written Floor Walk Audits Establishes a solid relationship with plant management and employees and effectively communicates with all personnel our processes and procedures in the facility Audits and documents all food safety and quality opportunities throughout the plant and provides data to the Leadership Team on audit findings Audits and documents that proper GMP's and SOP's are in place and being used properly Verifies appropriate completion of Quality and Food Safety tasks on the production floor and within the peripheral areas Develops and maintains a culture for the understanding of all supportive quality and regulatory programs which are linked to the overall protection of the brand within the facility Promotes plant Food Safety Culture through employee engagement and communication Prepares laboratory samples and submits testing requests as needed Performs additional tasks as assigned, including departmental back-up and special project completion This is a safety sensitive position.

Qualifications:
Qualified candidates for the Quality Assurance Monitor should possess the following skills:
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent Working knowledge of computers and iPad systems is a plus Product knowledge of beef Good time management skills Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Ability to read, write and speak English Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
